Without a doubt, EcoSmart Homes have been the best contract services firm that I have ever worked with since the time I bought my first home in 1982. These guys set the standard with regard to accountability, responsibility, follow-through, friendliness, effectiveness, and integrity. The project plan was fully devised and described to my complete satisfaction. The work was conducted pretty much to the project plan with some mutually agreed adjustments as needed. The quality of work was outstanding. The technicians doing the work were first rate. The results have been phenomenal: Our 1989 home is now completely comfortable on all floors -- no hotspots on warm days, no cold drafts on cool days. Moreover, EcoSmart Homes was able to cut the air-leakage of the home in half (verified with blower-door testing), which is pretty amazing when considering that we have 2500 sqft of living area and 1000 sqft walkout basement.

I highly recommend EcoSmart Homes. I hired them to do the SmartRegs work on my rental property in Boulder. They were able to handle every aspect of this complex job on budget and on schedule: air sealing, weather stripping, insulation, drywall, painting and furnace installation. What really made this relationship work for me was the Project Coordinator, Danny Wood, whose communication skills and professionalism are outstanding.
